CAPWI provides the following services:
Energy Assistance - This program assists low-income families with the high costs of home energy. Income-eligible families are provided a one-time benefit to their heating and electric companies to offset the high cost of utility bills during the winter months. Income eligibility is 150% of the poverty guidelines. For more information contact the Montgomery County office at 765-362-3790
Head Start Preschool Program - a child and family development program for income eligible preschoolers (ages 3-5) and their families. Children receive a high quality early education opportunity through participation in either our center-based preschool or our home-based option. Montgomery County also offers a full day/full year program. For more information please call 765-362-3575
WIC - WIC is a special supplemental food program that provides nutrition support, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other agencies. For more information please call 765-362-3779.
