The Montgomery County Courts and Clerk and the Indiana Bar Foundation have provided a free Indiana Legal Help kiosk located on the first floor of the Montgomery County Courthouse. This kiosk provides immediate access to self-help legal forms and other information through the Indiana Legal Help website. The kiosk includes a printer so all forms can be prepared on site for filing with the clerk's office.

• Custody
• Divorce
• Forclosure
• Name Change
• Estates
• Driver's license issues
• Convictions Expungement
