Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) program

IERA provides rental assistance and utility/ home energy assistance to eligible Indiana renter households to increase housing stability and prevent evictions. At IHCDA's discretion, dependent upon the availability of funding and Treasury guidance, IHCDA may obligate up to 18 months of assistance per eligible household.
