Provides grants or low-interest loans to eligible very low-income owner occupants of modest single-family homes in rural areas to repair, improve, or modernize their homes via low interest loans. Grants (non-repayable) may be available to persons over age 62 in order to remove health and safety hazards or remodel to make accessible to persons with disabilities.

Serves Fountain, Montgomery, and Tippecanoe counties.
